Bowie Baysox Offer Two MD Governor Bobbleheads

It'll be a doubleheader for Gov. Larry Hogan.

The Bowie Baysox are giving away two bobbleheads of the governor at one game on Sunday, scheduled to start at 2:05 p.m, and Hogan is scheduled to attend to raise awareness about cancer. One depicts the chief executive without hair. The other shows him with hair.

Hogan was diagnosed with Stage 3 non-Hodgkin's lymphoma last year. He underwent aggressive treatment over five months. He lost his hair before announcing he was in complete remission in November. His hair is growing back.

The first 1,000 fans 18 or older will chose between the bobbleheads. The version that runs out first will be the winner of "the Bobblection."

Baysox players will wear lime green jerseys to spread awareness about non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. The jerseys will be auctioned to raise money.
