The bone was too brittle for one arm wrestler Saturday.

WASHINGTON -- If a series between the two worst teams in the National League (San Diego at Washington) wasn't enough to turn your stomach, the Bullpen offered a competition more upsetting for the easily queasy.
The beer garden across the street from Nationals Park hosted the second annual Battle of the Biceps arm-wrestling competition Saturday, and the middleweight division featured a nasty injury: Sigmund snapping King Turbo's arm.
It's not bone hanging out and bloody gross, but the sound of the break and King Turbo's reaction make our hair stand up.
