N.J. Gov. Chris Christie, State Sen. Barbara Buono Win Primaries in Race for Governor

Gov. Chris Christie and Democratic state Sen. Barbara Buono have easily won their parties' nominations in the race for governor of New Jersey.

Christie defeated conservative Seth Grossman in the Republican primary.

Buono won against Troy Webster, an aide to the mayor of East Orange.

Christie is touting bipartisan support.

Buono has looked to cast doubt on Christie's claims that he has turned around New Jersey's economy. She points to continuing high unemployment and high property taxes.
