McDonnell Travels Overseas to Promote State Business

He'll spend a week and a half in Israel and India.

He’s traveling with his wife Maureen and several state officials, and they’ll visit Israel and India.

McDonnell is first traveling to Israel, where he’ll meet with technology, agribusiness and manufacturing executives.

He’s also scheduled to meet with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and President Shimon Peres.

He’ll then travel to Mumbai, Bangalore and New Delhi in India, where he’ll meet with companies there and promote Virginia tourism and wine.

McDonnell is scheduled to return to Virginia November 21.  This is his fourth trade mission since taking office in January 2010.
