President Barack Obama will address the country with his fifth State of the Union address Tuesday night.
President Barack Obama, trying to sustain the momentum from his re-election victory and ambitiously progressive inauguration address, took his case to Congress tonight with a State of the Union speech that is expected to focus on the economy and the federal deficit and include a call "to reignite the true engine of America's economic growth: a rising, thriving middle class."
Florida Sen. Marco Rubio delivers the Republican response.
