Parents who have accidentally stepped on a LEGO while walking in their kids' room at night may applaud them

Anybody who has felt the pain of a LEGO piece under their foot can rejoice: there may be a solution on the horizon.

New slippers have been designed to protect feet from injuries as a result of stepping on the bricks.

As noted by TODAY, the slippers aren’t just like any slippers; They are made out of heavy padded memory foam, according to Brandstation, the PR firm developed the footwear. Parents who have accidentally stepped on a LEGO while walking in their kids' room at night may applaud them.

Unfortunately, the slippers are only available in France, a LEGO spokeswoman told NBC Chicago. Additionally, the raffle is only open to French resident that verifies their child’s LEGO wishlist on our LEGO France website.

For the next ten weeks, 150 will be raffled off per week. However, it is not clear if any slippers will make their way to the U.S.
