A downtown attorney and his nephew plied an 18-year-old man with liquor, then sexually assaulted him on Thanksgiving in the older man’s Bronzeville neighborhood home, prosecutors allege.

The victim met Therrie Miller, 22, at a barbershop in south suburban South Holland on Nov. 27, and gave Miller his phone number, prosecutors said during a bond hearing Friday for Miller and his uncle, 50-year-old Stanley Stallworth.

Miller, of the 14900 block of South Lincoln in Dolton, invited the victim to hang out with him at Stallworth’s house in the 3300 block of South Calumet on Nov. 28, court records show.

Miller then drove the victim to Stallworth’s home and the pair pressured the victim to drink alcoholic beverages, according to court records.

The victim blacked out and woke up in the bathroom vomiting, court records show.

He blacked out several more times while struggling with Stallworth and Miller who were sexually assaulting him, according to court records.

The victim woke up the next morning naked, prosecutors said.

Miller then drove the victim home, where he informed his mother and was taken to St. Margaret Hospital in Hammond, Ind., where a rape kit was performed, according to court records.

Stallworth and Miller are charged with one count each of criminal sexual assault, according to court records.

Stallworth, 50, is an attorney with “strong ties to the community,” his attorney said in court.

He is a partner with Sidley Austin LLP, and according to his bio on the web site, he's currently on leave.

Miller lives with his mother and is a St. Xavier University student who also works at Harris Bank in Homewood, court records show.

Judge Israel Desierto ordered both held on $150,000 bonds, and set a preliminary hearing for Dec. 26.
