At least 12 people were dead and dozens wounded when missiles or rockets hit within yards of Gaza’s main hospital and a refugee camp on Monday, NBC News reported. Israel and Hamas blamed each other as responsible for the strikes. The Israeli Defense Force said "failed" Palestinian rocket launches caused the attack, however Hamas alleged they had proof of Israeli responsibility. Early reports from the ground said an Israeli drone was responsible.
