A man in Seattle who tried to kill a spider using spray paint and a lighter ended up setting his house on fire Tuesday night, causing $60,000 in damages, according to the Seattle Fire Department. The 24-year-old man and his mom were able to get out of the house unharmed. The spider is believed to have died.
