Obama, Putin Chat on Sidelines of D-Day Event

President Barack Obama and Russian President Vladimir Putin met on Friday at the sidelines of D-Day anniversary events in France, according to the White House. The two had "an informal conversation - not a formal bilateral meeting" during a lunch attended by world leaders, the White House said. Putin also shared a moment with Ukraine's president-elect Petro Poroshenko in a conversation that lasted about a minute. The two men did not shake hands in public.
