A Virginia couple in their 80s were found dead after a fire late Wednesday.
Richard Lee Thompson, 88, and Natalie Thompson, 83, were found dead after a fire erupted in their Warrenton home Wednesday night. They were husband and wife, officials said.
Firefighters responded after receiving a phone call from a neighbor just after 11 p.m.
The cause of the fire remains unknown and continues to be under investigation.
