Living in the lap of luxury is only a metro stop away, but you'll need to dig deep into your wallet.
A penthouse apartment at "The Woodley," a new development near the Woodley Park Metro station, could cost you up to $15,000 a month.
You read that right -- $15,000 a month.
The development, which opened about two months ago, is one of the most expensive properties in the District. Among the building's amenities is a dog spa, an infinity edge pool and 24-hour concierge service.
The building has 212 apartments, including 16 penthouse units. So far, only one of the penthouse apartments has been leased.
The Woodley does have a cheaper option.
For $2,750 a month, you could rent one of two studio apartments.
