Women's History Month Rally Set for Annapolis

A rally for Women's History Month is set for Annapolis.

It's scheduled for Saturday from 10 a.m. to 12 noon on Lawyer's Mall in front of the Maryland State House.

Participants are scheduled to highlight the importance of the Affordable Care Act, paid sick leave, immigration reform, paycheck fairness and other polices affecting women.

Members of Maryland's congressional delegation are scheduled to attend. They include Sen. Chris Van Hollen, Rep. John Sarbanes and Rep. Jamie Raskin.

Maryland Del. Joseline Pena-Melnyk, of Prince George's County, also is scheduled to attend.
