The Metropolitan Police Department released surveillance video of two female persons of interest in an October theft at a Safeway grocery store.
Just after 4 p.m. Oct. 17 in the store at 5545 Connecticut Ave. NW surveillance cameras caught a woman believed to be in her 70s and a woman believed to be in her 50 approaching another woman and defrauding her of cash, police said.
Anyone who can identify the women in the video should call police at 202-727-9099 or text the tip to 50411.
