Woman Robbed Dropping off Church Donations

Suspect in July 22 robbery in Hyattsville, Md.

Hyattsville, Md. Police need the public's help identifying a man wanted for robbing a woman who was on her way to drop off church donations at a bank.

According to police, the woman was robbed near the Capitol One Bank in the 6400 block of Belcrest Road just after 1 p.m. Monday.

The victim reported the suspect pushed her down, grabbed the money and fled the scene in a car driven by another suspect. The first suspect is described as a black man between the ages of 18 and 24, who was wearing a white v-neck T-shirt at the time, blue jeans and red shoes.
