A 19-year-old woman died Sunday after she lost control of her car in the Burke area of Fairfax County.
According to police, Dilbar Noory of Woodbridge was traveling south on Lee Chapel Road, just south of the Fairfax County Parkway, when she lost control of her 2004 Honda Accord. Police say Noory then crossed into the oncoming lanes of traffic and struck a 2012 Infinity EX35.
Noory's car struck a second vehicle before coming to a stop.
Noory was pronounced dead at the scene.
The other drivers were transported to a local hospital with injuries that are not life-threatening.
Police say speed appears to be a factor in the crash.
