A woman and her 2-year-old child in a stroller were struck by a car in Georgetown after noon Monday.
The mother and child were struck at the intersection of 26th and P streets. Both were conscious and breathing and are expected to be OK. They were taken to an area hospital.
The driver of the Mercedes stayed at the scene.
It’s unclear who is at fault.
