Police in Arlington are looking for the people in this newly released surveillance video that shows them walking by and appearing to ignore a man dying on the side of the road.

It happened the night after the derecho storm hit the D.C. region, leaving many without power and dozens of streets and intersections without lights.

You can see in the video several people walk by a man who'd just been hit by a car on Columbia Pike near Four Mile Run Drive. No one stopped to help him. He died later that night at a hospital.

Police said the driver stayed at the scene.

The people in the video are not facing any legal trouble, police said, but they do want to get their account of the accident.
