Winchester police have charged a 64-year-old man with producing child pornography.
Phillip Daniel Rush, 64, of Winchester, was investigated after juveniles saw a video that included child pornography at his residence. Monday, police searched his home in the 900 block of Franklin Street and then arrested Rush.
Rush was charged with one felony count of production of child pornography. He was held without bond at the Northwestern Regional Adult Detention Center.
Police said the incident remains under investigation and there may be additional charges.
