For the first time in the Robert Wone case, prosecutors have said who might have killed the lawyer.
Michael Price, the brother of one of the defendants in the cover-up trial, had a key to the house, the security code to the alarm, a substance abuse problem and a bi-polar disorder, prosecutors said in court today.
Michael Price is not facing any charges in the crime.
But the three men who live in the Dupont Circle house where the victim was found, Joe Price, Dylan Ward and Victor Zaborsky, are accused of trying to cover up the August 2006 slaying.
