Animal Rescue League Holds Adopt-a-Thon

Collin County Animal Sevices

This 4-month-old puppy is available for adoption from Collin County Animal Sevices for only $25 through Friday. His current name is 28531 ... which isn't really befitting for such a handsome pup.

Looking to add a four-legged friend to your family? The Washington Animal Rescue League wants to help!

The Rescue League is holding an Adopt-a-Thon on Saturday at its facility at 71 Oglethorpe Street NW.

Families can choose among more than 150 rescued dogs and cats.

There’s no set fee for adoption Saturday, as the Rescue League is allowing families to pay “name your price” fees.

All pets will be up to date on shots, will be micro-chipped, and will be spayed or neutered.

The Adopt-a-Thon runs from 12 to 5 p.m.
