A health department employee in Fairfax County, Virginia, has been accused of assaulting a woman while he was doing a pool inspection.
Health inspector Jonatan Fiseha, 23, was at a pool in the 6000 block of Edgeware Lane in the Alexandria area of Fairfax County for an inspection, when he "inappropriately touched" a 26-year-old woman's buttocks, Fairfax County police said.
Police issued a warrant against Fiseha for assault and battery.
Fiseha has worked for the Fairfax County Health Department for more than three months. He has been placed on administrative leave during the investigation, police said.
