A daycare provider in Montclair, Va., is facing two charges of felony child neglect.
On Tuesday morning, someone spotted two toddlers wandering alone near the intersection of Dolphin Drive and Ashgrove Drive.
Prince William County police discovered that the girls, ages 1 and 3, had been under the care of a woman who ran a daycare out of a home a couple of blocks away.
Maleighia Grace Shockey, 23, was arrested.
The toddlers had been gone for about an hour. Shockey had no idea they were missing, according to police.
The children were released to their family. They were not hurt.
Shockey was released on a $2,500 bond.
