A secret service officer was in an accident in Northwest D.C. Thursday afternoon.
A car struck the officer’s motorcycle at 9th and H streets NW. D.C. police and D.C. Fire and EMS responded to the call at 1:30 p.m. The officer was taken to a local hospital and is expected to recover from his injuries.
The accident closed the 900 block of H Street NW while DC police and the U.S. Secret Service investigate.
