Police are looking for two suspects in connection with an early morning homicide.
The victim -- identified as Jason Anthony Emma, 28, of Northeast D.C. -- was found slumped over the steering wheel of a vehicle around 2:15 a.m. Monday in the 1200 block of C Street NE.
He had multiple gunshot wounds.
D.C. Fire and EMS personnel responded to the scene and found "no signs consistent with life," authorities said.
Police are stepping up patrols of the area, both by uniformed and plainclothes officers.
