Two people were stabbed early Sunday morning and police do have a suspect in custody.
Metropolitan police said they responded to a call at Maryland Avenue, NE and 14th Street, NE, for a report of a multiple stabbing. When they arrived, they found an adult male who was stabbed in the back and an adult female who was stabbed in the hand.
Both people were treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
Police said they do have a subject in custody.
