Prince George's County police said they have suspended two more officers in their investigation into a video that showed police in riot gear beating a University of Maryland student, and another student is accusing officers of police brutality.

The two suspended officers came forward with their attorneys, Maj. Andy Ellis said. The latest move follows two other suspensions police have made since the video surfaced Monday.

The footage shows police hitting 21-year-old John McKenna with batons during a celebration of Maryland's March 3 win over Duke
that turned confrontational.

Ellis said he expects to release the names of the suspended officers shortly. He said he didn't know if there would be additional suspensions.

He said county residents are being supportive of the department.
