Police are looking for two men who robbed a northeast D.C. bank in broad daylight.
A nearby surveillance camera captured the men as they walked to the TD Bank at 950 Rhode Island Avenue NE at about 1 p.m. Tuesday.
One of the men immediately approached the tellers, tossing an empty bag over the counter. The video shows two female customers quickly leave the bank once they realized what is happening.
After getting the money, the duo walks away from the bank, splitting up in a nearby parking lot. Surveillance footage from that area shows a dye pack inside the bag of money explode. The suspect drops the bag and runs away from the area.
The suspects remain at large.
