Two men are facing several charges for their alleged involvement in a shooting that injured two teens as they walked down a street in Hyattsville.

Aldair Antonio Garcia-Miranda, 20, of Wheaton and Josue Vladimir-Resinos, 33, of Laurel were arrested in connection with the shooting, which happened in the 5700 block of 30th Avenue last Wednesday.

Hyattsville City Police say that teen boys between the ages of 15 and 17 were walking on the street when they were approached by three men.

One of the men pulled out a handgun, hitting one teen in the right side and another in the face, arm and torso. A third teen was unharmed.

Hyattsville police say the suspects fled the scene in a brown Jeep Cherokee driven by a fourth man.

There's no word on the whereabouts of the other two suspects. Police have not commented on a motive for the shooting.

Garcia-Miranda and Vladimir-Resinos are charged with attempted first degree murder, first and second degree assault and reckless endangerment.

Both are being held without bond.
