The riots that shook Baltimore Monday and Tuesday caused a sick sense of deja vu for residents old enough to remember riots in that city in 1968. Time Magazine even commented on the parallels in a cover image that stirred social media Thursday.
The web site Vocativ has now mapped and compared those locations. The maps show how widespread the 1968 riots were -- and also shows that the less widespread 2015 violence affected the same neighborhoods.
