Two Virginia drivers were charged with DUI after their vehicles crashed near Tall Cedars Parkway and Loudoun County Parkway Wednesday morning.

Loudoun County police heard the crash around 2 a.m. Wednesday. They located the first vehicle traveling north on Loudoun County Parkway with damage to the front, and charged the driver, 41-year-old Karin J. Keswani of Aldie, Va., with DUI, police said.

Police posted a lookout for the second vehicle and located Michael R. Johnson, 34, of Stone Ridge, Va., who was charged with DUI and hit-and-run.

This was the second DUI in five years for both Keswani and Johnson.

Keswani was released on a personal recognizance bond and Johnson was released on a $3,000 bond.
