Two Drivers Charged With DUI After Colliding in Loudoun County

Two Virginia drivers were charged with DUI after their vehicles crashed near Tall Cedars Parkway and Loudoun County Parkway Wednesday morning.

Loudoun County police heard the crash around 2 a.m. Wednesday. They located the first vehicle traveling north on Loudoun County Parkway with damage to the front, and charged the driver, 41-year-old Karin J. Keswani of Aldie, Va., with DUI, police said.

Police posted a lookout for the second vehicle and located Michael R. Johnson, 34, of Stone Ridge, Va., who was charged with DUI and hit-and-run.

This was the second DUI in five years for both Keswani and Johnson.

Keswani was released on a personal recognizance bond and Johnson was released on a $3,000 bond.
