Taxi Hits Two Bicyclists on National Mall

Two bicyclists are recovering at an area hospital after they were struck by a taxi on the National Mall Monday morning.

U.S. Park Police say the two adults were struck just after 9 a.m. at 9th Street and Constitution Avenue.

The taxi driver remained at the scene.

Both victims suffered non-life-threatening injuries.

There's no word on whether any charges will be filed.
