You may notice a few changes beginning to pop up at a downtown D.C. landmark.
Real estate mogul Donald Trump will get the keys to the Old Post Office Building on Pennsylvania Avenue in Northwest. He signed a 60-year-lease with the General Services Administration to build a luxury hotel at the location.
Trump will pay $250,000 a year during the lease. He plans $200 million in upgrades that will preserve most of the exterior.
