It all started Monday during the evening rush when tempers are already flared. Troopers say a tractor trailer and a Ford F-250 got into an accident on I-495 near Route 355.

Witnesses told investigators, Edward Manners, Jr., 44, started fighting with Michael Ramsey, 43 on the side of the road. Then, witnesses said they saw Manners hit Ramsey in the head with a wooden club.
