Motorists who drive in the Dulles area are facing two toll hikes.
Starting Jan. 1, one-way trips on the Dulles Toll Road between the Beltway and the Dulles Greenway will increase 55 cents.
On the Dulles Greenway, tolls will increase 30 cents.
The extra money will be used to maintain roads and fund the Dulles Metro Project.
Drivers will likely see more toll increases in the coming years.
Officials for the private Greenway have approval to increase tolls every year through 2020, WTOP.com reported.
