Three Men Injured in Two Separate Shooting Incidents in Prince George's Co.

Prince George’s County police said three men were injured after two separate reports of shooting in the county early Sunday morning.

At around 12:30 a.m., officers arrived at the 3300 block of Swan Road for reports of a shooting. When they arrived, they found a man suffering from trauma to the body. Officials said it was unclear if the victim had been shot or stabbed.

He was taking to the hospital, and detectives remained on the scene, gathering evidence.

About an hour later, there was another report of a shooting. Officers arrived in the 3500 block of Hubbard Road and found two men with gunshot wounds.

Officials said one victim’s injuries were life threatening, while the other victim’s injuries were not as severe. Both were taken to the hospital.

Investigators do not believe the two incidents are related.
