Police arrest a third suspect in the deaths of a Northwest couple.

WASHINGTON -- Police made a third arrest in the deaths of a northwest D.C. couple found in their home in November.
Dr. Michael Spevak, 68, and his wife, 67-year-old Virginia, were found dead in their home in the 5300 block of Belt Road the evening of Nov. 22, when offices went to the home to do a welfare check, police said.
Police arrested two suspects in November. A third, 21-year-old Jose Gilberto Portillo, was arrested Saturday and charged with two counts of murder while armed.
