NEED CASH? COMPARE CHENEY TO DRACULA

Alan Grayson's "Money Bomb" fundraising pitch -- which likened Dick Cheney to Halloween vampires and plastic bats, has garnered $510,679, according to the Florida Democrat's website.

In an email to backers yesterday, Grayson wrote, ""Two nights ago, on Halloween, every time I saw a plastic bat or child dressed up as a vampire, it reminded me: Dick Cheney has still not been held accountable... What really scares me, and I'm sure scares you too, is the possibility Dick Cheney gets to creep around the lecture circuit and TV studios - and gets to avoid the sunlight of a serious inquiry."  (Politico)

PENTAGON TO TRACK 1300 SATELLITES
The U.S. military said on Tuesday it is now tracking 800 maneuverable satellites on a daily basis for possible collisions and expects to add 500 more non-maneuvering satellites by year's end.

The U.S. Air Force began upgrading its ability to predict possible collisions in space after a dead Russian military communications satellite and a commercial U.S. satellite owned by Iridium collided on Feb. 10. (Reuters)

'OXYGEN TANK BANDIT' STRIKES AGAIN
An oxygen mask not only helps you breathe, it's a pretty good disguise, at least for one bank robber.

The FBI is looking for a 60- to 70-year-old man who has robbed at least four banks in Southern California, in and around Rancho Sante Fe.

In each heist, surveillance cameras show him carrying what authorities believe is a small oxygen tank with plastic tubing that runs up to the suspect's nose. (AOL News)
