NEED CASH? COMPARE CHENEY TO DRACULA
Alan Grayson's "Money Bomb" fundraising pitch -- which likened Dick Cheney to Halloween vampires and plastic bats, has garnered $510,679, according to the Florida Democrat's website.
In an email to backers yesterday, Grayson wrote, ""Two nights ago, on Halloween, every time I saw a plastic bat or child dressed up as a vampire, it reminded me: Dick Cheney has still not been held accountable... What really scares me, and I'm sure scares you too, is the possibility Dick Cheney gets to creep around the lecture circuit and TV studios - and gets to avoid the sunlight of a serious inquiry." 'OXYGEN TANK BANDIT' STRIKES AGAIN
An oxygen mask not only helps you breathe, it's a pretty good disguise, at least for one bank robber.
The FBI is looking for a 60- to 70-year-old man who has robbed at least four banks in Southern California, in and around Rancho Sante Fe.
In each heist, surveillance cameras show him carrying what authorities believe is a small oxygen tank with plastic tubing that runs up to the suspect's nose. (AOL News)
