An anti-terrorism exercise could increase traffic in Bethesda, Md., Friday morning.

The exercise at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center that began Thursday continues Friday.

No one off the campus will notice anything unusual, but increased security at the entrance gates could back up traffic on roads surrounding the campus.

Drivers should be prepared for delays.
