Teens Given Liquor, Assaulted in Spotsylvania County, Police Say

Girls given liquor and then sexually assaulted, police say

Two teenage girls were given liquor and then sexually assaulted by four men in Spotsylvania County, police said.

Police arrested Adam Terry, 42; his 19-year-old son, Justin Terry; and two friends.

Investigators say Justin Terry brought the victims, ages 14 and 15, to their house on Thursday, June 21, and Adam Terry gave them vodka and spiked iced tea.

"They got drunk to the point of physical helplessness," said a police spokesperson, "and then after that, the four adult males actually took turns sexually assaulting the two juvenile females."

Police say this went on for about seven hours, and Justin Terry took the girls home around midnight. One told her mother two days later.

"They've not been convicted of anything," said the mother of Adam Terry and grandmother of Justin Terry. "Why don't you come back in a month or so, and then ask me?"

Police are continuing the investigation.
