An Alexandria man and a Sterling teen have been charged in the New Year's Eve robbery of a Dulles hotel that investigators believe was gang-related.

The incident happened at the Fairfield Inn & Suite Hotel on the 23000 block of Indian Creek Drive.

Police said a man and a teenager entered the hotel lobby around 2 a.m. and demanded money from an employee.  Ceasar A. Pisconte Jr., 21 was charged on January 10, 2012 with robbery, use of a firearm in commission of a felony and participating in an act to benefit a gang.  The 15-year-old was arrested Friday.  Authorities charged the teen as a juvenile with robbery, use of a firearm in commission of a felony and participating in an act to benefit a gang.

The teen is being held at Loudoun County Juvenile Detention Center.

Pisconte has also been charged in the January 7 assault that occurred at a McDonalds located in the 20800 block of Pidgeon Hill Drive in Sterling, Va. Around 4:30 a.m. Pisconte threw a glass bottle at an employee that was working the drive through window.  The employee suffered minor injuries. For this incident, Pisconte was charged with assault, participating in a criminal act to benefit a gang and throwing a missile at an occupied dwelling.

Pisconte is being held without bond at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center.
