Authorities arrested an Ashburn teen Wednesday for the alleged sexual battery and abduction of a fellow student, according to Loudoun County officials.
The 15-year-old is charged with aggravated sexual battery and abduction with the intent to defile, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office. He is accused of assaulting the female student in a hallway of Broad Run High School Tuesday afternoon.
The suspect pulled the victim into an empty hallway against her will, according to the sheriff's office. The victim fought the boy off and fled the hallway. She later reported the incident to school officials.
The suspect is being held at the Loudoun County Juvenile Detention Center.
