Teen Accused of Burglary, Inappropriately Touching 6-Year-Old Girl

A 19-year-old teen has been arrested for allegedly burglarizing a home and inappropriately touching a 6-year-old girl Wednesday, according to Virginia police.

Josue Felipe Velasco Santiago reportedly entered the home, located near Rustling Leaves Lane and Golden Oak Road in Centreville, Virginia, while the homemowner left her three children sleeping, said police. He entered the residence through a window and as the 14-year-old and the 8-year-old child continued to sleep, he reportedly touched the 6 year-old daughter inappropriately before leaving back out the window, said police.

The parent called the police around 3:30 a.m. and brought the child to a Fairfax hospital after she returned home and learned what happened, according to police.

Santiago, who lives on Golden Oak Road, was arrested around 10 a.m. that same morning, said police. He is charged with “burglary with the intent to defile” and “abduction with the intent to defile."
