Suspicious Vehicle Probed in Southwest

U.S. Capitol Police have opened all roads against in Southwest that were closed while they investigated a suspicious vehicle on Washington Avenue.

Washington Avenue was closed between D Street and Independence Avenue in Southwest. The C Street ramp from northbound Interstate 395 was also closed as well as C Street between Washington Avenue, SW and New Jersey Avenue SE.

Police reopened all roads by 11:30 a.m.  No more information was immediately available.
