An explosives team investigated a suspicious container Monday morning outside of the Saudi Embassy in northwest Washington and deemed it harmless.
The container was located on the 600 block of New Hampshire Avenue NW. The road was closed from F Street to Virginia Avenue while officials investigated. The road has since re-opened.
