A suspected serial burglar has been arrested in Fairfax County.
Jamil Alam, 20, has been charged with two counts of burglary. He was arrested early Sunday after two burglaries in the Monroe Manor community.
Alam, of Reston, is a suspect at least 20 garage break-ins in Fairfax County.
The string of burglaries began in mid-March. Apple electronic devices, alcohol, purses and wallets were reported missing.
