A few days after a stranger assaulted an Arlington man outside of his home, the man returned to the victim's apartment and assaulted his girlfriend while the couple slept, police said.
According to police, the woman awoke just after 3 a.m. Thursday to a man inappropriately touching her. Her boyfriend immediately recognized the suspect as the same man who had assaulted him outside of the residence several days prior.
The suspect was identified as 25-year-old Fermin Quintanilla of Arlington, and was charged with burglary and assault and battery. Quintanilla is behind bars without bond.
