Sources: Teen Arrested in Catholic U. Student's Death

Police have arrested a teenager in connection with the death of Catholic University student Neil Godleski in August.

Sources said they believe that robbery was the motive.

Godleski, 31, was biking home last month from Phillips restaurant on the waterfront where he waited tables. He was riding on Kansas Avenue when someone opened fire at Buchanan Street. He kept riding further up Kansas as shots continued to fire. He fell to the ground at Sherman Circle.

Eric Foreman will be charged as an adult, sources said.  He is expected to appear in court Thursday afternoon.

Delegate Eleanor Holmes Norton and other city leaders said that more lights should be installed at Sherman Circle to prevent another incident like this.
