Youth Soccer Coach Charged With Sodomy

Suspect worked with kids in Arlington County

An Arlington soccer coach has been arrested and charged with forcible sodomy, and police are concerned there may be more victims.

Luis Hoil, 47, who has lived in Arlington County for the past 20 years, is accused of sexually assaulting a juvenile male multiple times in a period between 1999 and 2001, when the victim was in his early and pre-teen years.

The accuser is now in his 20s and is incarcerated, News4's John Schriffen reported. He told prison officials about the abuse, which led to an investigation that led to Tuesday's arrest.

Hoil has shown a pattern of sexual abuse and he worked with children, raising concerns of additional victims, police said.
