A small boy found in northeast D.C. very early Friday has been identified.
Police found a parent, and Child and Family Services is investigating.
The little boy, between 2 and 4 years old, was found in the 1500 block of Benning Road NE at 4:30 a.m. He was wearing Mickey Mouse pajamas and carrying black canvas gym shoes.
Police say he is between two and three feet tall and weighs about 30 pounds. He has brown curly hair and brown eyes.
